Darla has over 29 years of financial services and insurance experience and the added experience of having been a business owner in the mortgage industry. A 1986 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Darla's ability to foster creativity and collaboration, along with her wealth of knowledge and strong communication skills, have been a tremendous asset to her clients. Darla strives to provide a dynamic investor experience to her clients. She focuses on planning for now and the future of her clients. Her strength is in helping her clients understand the "whats," "hows, "and "whys" of the financial process. Darla acts as a fiduciary in advisory relationships, having her Series 7, Series 65, Series 6, and Series 63 registrations and Life Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
Darla and her husband, Von, call Lock Haven, PA their home. She has two grown sons and daughters-in-law who live in Philadelphia, Pa. and Bristow, VA, and one grandson. Outside of Merit, she is a mentor in the TRIO Student Support Services for Lock Haven University students, on the Croda/Avery Dennison Community Advisory Council (CAC), she is a previous board member of the Clinton County Historical Society, a member of the Clinton County Economic Partnership, a 2012 graduate of the Leadership Clinton County program, and previously served on the Leadership Clinton County Advisory Committee. Besides spending time with her family, Darla enjoys boot camp workouts, playing her violin, going to the beach, having good friends, and drinking fine wine.

Delaney grew up in Montoursville, and now resides in Trout Run, where she and her husband have a small farm with cattle, chickens, sheep, and pigs. During her free time, she enjoys her work on the farm, visiting family, reading, and hiking/running with her dog.

Josh grew up in Montoursville and still resides there today with his wife Ashley and their collie Bella. During his free time, he enjoys playing in a men’s basketball league and traveling across the country with his wife and family to attend sporting events and concerts.

His focus is primarily with Pennsylvania State Troopers and Pennsylvania State Prison Employees across the commonwealth. Rich is instrumental in helping these individuals navigate the various options for retiring. His team admires that he is driven, a hard worker, and is always looking out for the best interest of the client.
Rich and his wife, Kriste, reside in Jersey Shore with their five children. Family life keeps their schedule full and they are also very involved with their church.
